Independent Inspection..
We can offer a completely independent inspection and report on any ductwork system, whether it's for defects on a recently installed system or a full survey on an older system, prior to refurbishment.
Defects survey..
This can help resolve disputes between you and the contractor or consultant.
We will read the spec for the contract and then survey all or part of the system to check that it conforms to code and has all relevant dampers etc. fitted, I will then issue a report and relevant snag sheet for your contractor's action.
Independent Testing..
There are a number reasons for testing ductwork:
-To check that your sub-contractor has installed it correctly.
-To check it`s integrity prior to refurbishment.
-To check that the fan or AHU is to design and you need to prove the ductwork is up to code.

General condition survey..
This is a good way to check if all or part of your existing ductwork system and fire dampers, will meet current regulations and what needs to be done if it doesn`t, prior to any possible refurbishment .
We can also up-date AutoCAD drawings. This can be invaluable to accurately estimating your budget.
